Meet Dr. Clarece Weinraub

I’m the person who asks, "But what’s the actual vibe here?"

I ask because I have seen firsthand how culture can make or break a mission, a team, or even a person's well-being.

My Background

I hold a doctorate in educational leadership from University of Southern California, and a master’s degree in Reading from California State University, Fullerton. Over the years I have worked in urban schools, mission-driven nonprofits, and community organizations across Los Angeles.

As a researcher, school leader, and consultant, I have led teams, coached executives, designed feedback systems, and built evaluation frameworks that balance candor with genuine care.

What I Have Learned

I know what it feels like when great people burn out. Often it is not because the mission lacks worth. It is because the culture does not support honest conversations, clear data, or real belonging.

I have conducted climate surveys, employee retention studies, teacher satisfaction research, focus groups, and interviews. I have developed theories of change, program manuals, and grant-compliant reports. These help organizations show real impact to funders while staying true to their values.
